Lukas Müller has been in the financial industry since 2012, starting their career at UBS as a Business Developer in UBS Global Asset Management and a US Equities Sales in the UBS Investment Bank. In 2016, they moved to Bank J. Safra Sarasin Ltd as a Fund Operations Specialist. In 2017, they became a Relationship Manager Private Banking - Associate Director at Vontobel, managing and growing their own client portfolio of an international clientele. In 2019, they joined BlueRock Group as the Business Development & Relationship Management Director, a real estate private equity boutique with EUR 1.5 bn AuM. In 2021, they took on the role of Head Portfolio Management SPA Europe at Swiss Prime Site Solutions. Currently, they are the Real Estate Financing Director at Loanboox.
Lukas Müller has a diverse educational background. From 2009 to 2013, they completed a BSc in Business Administration at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW, with a major in Banking & Finance. In 2010, they participated in an exchange semester in Seoul, Business Administration at Ajou University. From 2014 to 2016, they completed an MSc in Financial Management at Heriot-Watt University, with a distinction. In 2017, they obtained a Certificate in International Trade and Finance (CITF) in Trade Finance from The London Institute of Banking & Finance. From 2018 to 2021, they completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting (60 ECTS) at the University of London. Lukas also holds a number of additional certifications, including a Diploma Intermedio 1 di Lingua Italiana "Firenze" DILI B1 from AIL Accademia Italiana di Lingua, a Diplôme Approfondi de Langue Française DALF C1 from the Centre international d'études pédagogiques (CIEP), a Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English CPE C2 from Cambridge Assessment, and a Svenska som Främmande Språk B2 from Folkuniversitetet. In 2022, they plan to begin a Postgraduate Certificate (30 ECTS) in Real Estate at Heriot-Watt University.
