Russ Flett

Russ Flett is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent development and training. Currently serving as Vice President of Training at LoanCare since September 2020, Russ has previously held leadership roles including Principal at Flett, Talent Development and Consulting, and Vice President of Learning & Development at PHH Corporation, where transformation efforts benefited 7,500 employees. With a solid foundation in instructional design and curriculum development from positions at Cox Communications and M*Modal, Russ has a proven record of executing enterprise learning strategies and innovative solutions. Academic credentials include an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School, a BA in History from the University of California, Davis, and graduate studies in Geography at UCLA.
