Jamall Richards is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the mortgage and customer service industries. Currently serving as a Mortgage Loan Officer at loanDepot since November 2025, Jamall assists clients in achieving their homeownership goals. As the Founder of Capsul LLC since September 2020, Jamall operates as a freelance audio engineer and photographer, collaborating with artists to deliver tailored audio and visual solutions while actively marketing services. Previous roles include Mortgage Banker at Rocket Companies, Cornerstone Assistant Manager at Enterprise Mobility, Consumer Banker at Wells Fargo, and various sales and advisory positions in the education and service sectors. Jamall holds an MBA from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor’s degree in Digital Video from the University of Advancing Technology.
