John Lee

John Lee has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles, currently serving as the Director on the Board of Directors and Chief Analytics Officer at loanDepot since September 2009. With a background in disrupting consumer finance and redefining marketplace lending, loanDepot operates nationally with over 130 branch locations. John Lee also holds the position of Vice Chair on the Board of Governors for Bowers Museum since September 2020. Previous roles include serving as CFO at Grander, Inc. and LendingTree, where responsibilities included executive financial leadership. John Lee's earlier career includes significant positions at CIBC World Markets and Countrywide Home Loans. Educational credentials include an MBA in Finance from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and undergraduate studies at the University of Rochester and Choate Rosemary Hall.
