Roland Chavez

Roland Chavez is an experienced professional in the fields of finance, real estate, and asset management. Currently serving as a Licensed Lending Officer at loanDepot since August 2020, Chavez also holds the position of President at TIERRA Development Advisors, a firm specializing in asset management, brokerage, and consulting for projects in Southern California. Prior to these roles, Chavez was Vice President of Land Acquisition at Warmington Residential and Principal at O'Donnell Atkins, focusing on urban infill redevelopment.
