Joshua Neal

Joshua Neal has worked in the financial services industry since 2007. Joshua began their career as a Reservation Agent with Princess Cruises in 2007 before taking on the role of Athletic Dir. at the Boys and Girls Club in 2009. In 2010, they joined Bank of America as a Service Release, AVP, where they were responsible for reviewing loan transfer documents, leading the Special Projects Department, and being an authorized signatory for approved transfer loans. Joshua also worked as a Foreclosure Specialist and a Process Support Specialist for Bank of America. In 2015, they moved to Prospect Mortgage, LLC as a Compliance Specialist II, where they created multiple procedure updates for originated and adverse loans, reviewed loans for processing accuracy, and assigned pipelines of loans to team/ staff for review. Most recently, they have been a Compliance Specialist for LoanMart since 2017.

Joshua Neal attended El Camino Real High School from 2002 to 2005, where they earned a High School degree in General Studies. Joshua then attended Fisk University from 2005 to 2006.
