Susan Germaise

Susan Germaise has worked in the legal field since 1997. Susan began their career at Liner Yankelevitz as a Sr. Counsel/Associate. In 2004, they moved to McGuireWoods as a Partner. In 2015, they joined LoanMart as General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary. In this role, they were a member of the executive team responsible for oversight of legal operations. Her responsibilities included coordinating with senior management on business opportunities, negotiating and drafting commercial agreements, drafting policies and procedures, interacting with federal and state regulators, overseeing intellectual property portfolio, advising and counseling with respect to human resource issues, and managing corporate governance issues.

Susan Germaise began their educational journey at Radnor High School. Susan then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and History from Tulane University. Finally, they completed a Juris Doctor from Saint Louis University School of Law.
