Frank Schafer

Frank Schafer has worked in the software development industry since 1996. Frank began their career as a Record/Timing Systems Operator for the United States Air Force aboard the Advanced Range Instrumentation Aircraft. In 2000, they became the Information Systems Manager for the Clinical Laboratory Management Association, where they were responsible for overseeing and supporting the IT infrastructure, and architecting and developing applications for the web. In 2004, they joined (C) Systems, LLC as a Senior Applications Consultant and Web Specialist, where they were the lead developer for their Program Manager product. From 2005 to 2016, Frank Schafer was the Development Team Lead at Savana, Inc., responsible for the full life cycle of software development for external clients. Frank currently works as the Chief Software Architect at LoanStar Technologies, where they help lenders of every size leverage the power of their local brand.

Frank Schafer attended Germantown Academy from 1983 to 1988, where they received a Diploma in General Studies. Frank then attended the US Air Force Technical School in 1996, where they studied Electronic Principles/Instrumentation and Telemetry Systems.
