Michael Lanzarone is Head of Corporate Development at LoanStreet Inc., where he leads the structuring of investments, partnerships and advisory engagements. Before joining LoanStreet, Michael was Vice President of Corporate Development at Time Inc. Prior to Time Inc. Michael was a Technology M&A banker at Societe Generale, Lehman Brothers and Credit Suisse. Michael graduated from Princeton University with a B.S.E. in Operations Research and Financial Engineering as well as Certificates in Finance and Engineering Management Systems.
