Lajja Rajani is currently working as Business HR at LoanTap Financial Technologies, where Lajja manages end-to-end recruitments, leave management, confirmation management, attendance management, OKR review, ATS using Zinghr, and manpower planning. Previously, Lajja held the position of Executive HR at Upside Learning Solutions and Recruiter at Kings Head. Lajja completed their Master's degree in International Business from Birmingham City University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Gujarat Technological University.
