Satish Chand has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Satish began their career in 1989 as a Senior Manager in Business Services at Pannell Kerr Forster - Chartered Accountants. Satish then moved on to Tyndall Australia Ltd as a Senior Divisional Accountant for Mortgage Funds. In 1996, they joined Westpac eBusiness, where they held the positions of Head of Finance and Strategy, and later Head of Finance. Satish continued their career at Westpac as an Associate Director in Structured Securities. In 2005, Satish joined NAB as the Head of ABS & CMBS, and in 2015, they became the Head of Finance at Yamaha Motor. Since 2017, Satish has been the Chief Executive Officer at Loanworks.
Satish Chand attended the University of Wollongong from 1990 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Commerce. Satish then pursued further education at the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants from 1993 to 1994, earning the Chartered Accountant designation. In 1995 and 1996, Satish Chand attended the Financial Services Institute of Australia and obtained a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance. Lastly, they completed an Executive Masters in Business program at both the AGSM @ UNSW Business School and the University of Sydney from 1997 to 2000.
