Carrie Lilley-Groff has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Carrie most recently worked as a Legal & HR Administrator at Lobar, Inc. since June 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Marketing Manager & Legal Assistant at Dethlefs, Pykosh & Murphy from February 2021 to June 2022. Carrie's longest tenure was at Freeburn & Hamilton where they worked as a Legal Receptionist, Legal Intake Coordinator, and handled marketing responsibilities from June 2002 to January 2021. Carrie began their professional career in 1998 at Good Hope Family Physicians as a Medical Receptionist and Medical Assistant, holding the position until October 2009.

Carrie Lilley-Groff began their education in 1994 at Cumberland Valley High School, where they completed their secondary education in 1998. In 2000, they attended HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College, for Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse Training, which they completed in 2001.
