Matthew Lexow-Gray has extensive experience in the commercial real estate and financial services sectors, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving in Data Operations at Lobby CRE since May 2020, Matthew previously held various leadership positions, including Vice President at RealPage, Inc. and Vice President of Customer Success at Investor Management Services, where the focus was on enhancing investor engagement through a SaaS platform. Matthew's background includes roles as Director at Fairview Real Estate Solutions, where responsibilities included leading a team of commercial real estate underwriters, and as Vice President at BlackRock Solutions, specializing in CMBS valuation and loan-level analysis. Matthew also has experience in real estate investment and property management, as well as commercial real estate finance. Matthew earned a BS in Financial Management from Clemson University and an MBA in Real Estate from Fordham Gabelli School of Business.
