Roman Gerlicher

Roman Gerlicher currently serves as the SVP Store & Pharmacy Technology at Loblaw Companies Limited, a position held since January 2025. Previously, Roman was the Chief Information Officer at Lidl US, where responsibilities included managing a multimillion-dollar P&L and aligning IT solutions with business needs. As a co-founder of TableQ GmbH, Roman led the development of IT solutions for the restaurant industry during the COVID pandemic, culminating in a successful company sale. Roman's earlier experience includes roles as Vice President at Schwarz IT KG and Kaufland, focusing on IT strategy, risk management, and corporate governance, as well as a managerial position at KPMG, delivering IT advisory services. Roman holds a Bachelor of Arts in Information Technology from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University and is enrolled in the CTO Program at The Wharton School.
