Shelton Fernandes

Shelton Fernandes has over a decade of experience at Loblaw Companies Limited, currently serving as Category Director for Commercial Bakery, Pre-packaged Snacks, and Frozen Bakery since April 2010. In this role, Shelton is responsible for achieving financial targets and collaborating with Format Category Teams. Prior positions include Director of Merchandising Enablement, where Shelton led a team and drove enterprise business process redesign initiatives, and Senior Manager of Business Process Support, overseeing systems implementation projects and collaborating with various departments. Shelton holds an Honors Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Business Management from the University of Toronto Mississauga and a Diploma in Human Resources Management from George Brown College. Prior to Loblaw, Shelton worked at Cineplex Entertainment as an HR & Operations Manager and held various merchandising roles.
