Stephen Swift

Stephen Swift has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Stephen started their career in 1986 at New York Life Insurance Company as a Systems Programmer, where they developed End User Computing applications and supported PC hardware and applications. In 1989, they moved on to de Havilland Aircraft Canada as a Lead Systems Designer, leading a team in designing and implementing Engineering Information Management solutions. At Bombardier Aerospace, Stephen held multiple roles, including Enterprise Architect, Solutions Architect, and Data Architect. Stephen developed enterprise strategies, led teams in selecting solutions for aircraft programs, and contributed to the creation of data modeling standards. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as a Data Architect at Shoppers Drug Mart. Most recently, Stephen worked at Loblaw Companies Limited as a Senior Architect and later as the Principal Architect, where they played a key role in developing and delivering the PC optimum loyalty program to millions of Canadian households.

Stephen Swift obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Computer Science from Ryerson University, where they studied from 1982 to 1986. Prior to that, they attended Silverthorn Collegiate Institute for high school from 1977 to 1982, although their field of study during high school is unknown.
