Vinh Nguyen is a chef with a diverse work experience. Starting in 2006, they worked as the Chef Owner at Silent H Restaurant for three years. In 2010, they co-founded Cafe Colette and served as the Chef-Founder and Owning Partner until 2011. From 2011 to 2013, Vinh was the Chef-Founder at the Grumpy Pig & the Trotter Bar. In 2014, they became the Executive Chef at Selamat Pagi Brooklyn until 2015. More recently, Vinh worked as a Sales Executive at The Lobster Place. In 2020, they took up a new role as a Chef.
Vinh Nguyen completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology and Biobehavioral Studies from UCLA from 1997 to 2001.
