Lori Hotz

Co-Founder & Co-CEO at Lobus

Lori Hotz is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Lobus. Prior to Lobus, Lori served as the Global Managing Director of Post-War and Contemporary Art at Christie's, where they were responsible for the growth, strategy, and management of the department with annual sales of over $3B. Under Lori's leadership, the department grew by over 30% year-over-year and they implemented new processes and structures to accelerate business growth and revenue.

Prior to Christie's, Lori served as the Chief Operating Officer of Wealth Management at Lazard Asset Management, where they were recruited to build out the UHNW investment platform as part of Lazard's distribution strategy. Lori also served as the Chief Operating Officer of Barclays' Investment Platform, where they were responsible for creating and distributing investment products to the US market.

Before Barclays, Lori served as the Chief Operating Officer of Lehman Brothers' Asset Management Platform. During their time at Lehman Brothers, Lori was responsible for growing the platform to $54B in assets under management, including traditional and alternative assets.

Lori Hotz has a Master of Business Administration from Yale University, a Master's degree in Environmental Studies from the Yale School of the Environment, and a Bachelor's degree in Theirtory and E-commerce from the University of Toronto.
