Phil Smith

Phil Smith is currently the Branch Manager at loc8me, Durham and Newcastle branch. Prior to this, Phil worked as a Repairs and Letting Agent at Bill Free Homes and as a Business Analyst at Invotra. Phil has a strong background in property management, maintenance, and sales in the Student Housing and HMO sector. Phil is currently pursuing a RICS Degree Apprenticeship BSc in Real Estate at Northumbria University.
