Michelle Heron

Michelle Heron is a seasoned journalist and communications professional currently serving as the Morning Anchor at Local 3 News since May 2023. Previously, Michelle worked as a Communications Marketing Specialist at Parkridge Health System, managing internal and external communications for multiple facilities from December 2021 to May 2023. Michelle's extensive experience in broadcasting includes roles as Weekend Morning News Anchor and Reporter at WRCB-TV from June 2014 to December 2021, in addition to various anchoring and reporting positions at WYMT, WZTV-Fox17, and WKAG-TV. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism and Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Marketing at Murray State University, expected to complete in May 2024.
