David Hawkins

David Hawkins has over three decades of experience in the engineering and training sector, currently serving as the Director of Training at the IUOE Local 94 Training Center since September 2009, where responsibilities include instructing courses on 3A Basic Refrigeration and Air Conditioning. Previously, David held the position of Chief Engineer at CB Richard Ellis from June 2007 to March 2017, where the "Lipstick Building" was a significant site of work. David's career in engineering began at Tishman Speyer, serving as Assistant Chief Engineer for nearly 19 years. Educational background includes attendance at St. Francis Prep from 1982 to 1986.
