Previously, Leanne held a trustee position at Emmaus Leeds, supporting homeless individuals by providing housing and work opportunities, and worked as a social care manager at Windsor Recruitment. Leanne holds a degree in Criminology and French from Buckinghamshire New University.

Founded in 2004, Local Care Force is a Nursing & Social care agency, and dare we say it……The busiest agency in Yorkshire! supplying over 20,000 hours of Nursing care and Support - we didn’t re-invent the wheel, we just do it right!
