Mohammed Alolayan, MBA currently serves as the Local Content Monitoring Executive Director at the Local Content And Government Procurement Authority. Prior to this, at King Abdullah City for Atomic and Renewable Energy (K●A●CARE), Mohammed held the position of Planning and Studies Team Leader, where Mohammed led a team in developing a wind farm. Alolayan also worked as a Renewable Energy Engineer during their time at K●A●CARE. Additionally, Mohammed was a Summer Intern at Saudi Aramco where Mohammed worked with the Project Planning Unit. Alolayan holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Prince Sultan University and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals.
