Nina Gruber

Nina Gruber currently serves as the Arizona Economic Resource Center Senior Manager at Local First Arizona, a position held since October 2024. Prior to this role, Nina held various managerial positions at the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy, including Senior Administrative Manager and Administrative Manager for the Babbitt Center for Land and Water Policy, from May 2022 to October 2024. Additional experience includes working as an Independent Operations Specialist at Recompose and serving as the Arizona Beverage Champion for Schilling Hard Cider, where responsibilities included sales growth and market presence. Nina has also contributed to Cafe Flora as the Director of Special Projects & Business Development and managed operations at Neighborhood Farmers Market Alliance. Nina's earlier roles include event coordination and customer service assignments at Conservation Northwest, Seattle Urban Farm Company, and The London Plane. Educational achievements include a Master's of Science in Sustainable Food Systems from Arizona State University and an Individually Designed Major from New York University focusing on the social and environmental aspects of food.
