Anne Stoneham

Anne Stoneham has over 20 years of experience in various leadership and HR roles. Anne is currently an Executive Vice President at First Bank, where they assumed the position in 2019. Prior to that, Anne worked at SunTrust from 2013 to 2017, where they held roles such as SVP, Sales and Implementation Director, Learning Manager, and Commercial & Business Banking - Change Management and Teammate Readiness. Before SunTrust, Anne worked at PNC as an SVP, Sr. HR Business Partner from 2012 to 2013. Anne also has experience at RBC Bank as a Director of Learning and Development from 2006 to 2010 and as a Director of Sales Enablement from 2010 to 2013. Anne started their career as a Senior Consultant at Financial Training Resources from 1997 to 2001, and later as the Principal of their own consulting firm, Performance Partners, from 2001 to 2006.

Anne Stoneham completed their Bachelor's degree in Sociology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 1981 to 1983. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Child Development from the University of NC - Greensboro from 1979 to 1981.
