Tony Conway

Tony Conway has had extensive experience in the banking industry. Tony started their career as a Regional Financial Analyst at BB&T in 1996 and later held various roles including Commercial Loan Officer, Small Business Loan Administrator, and Senior Vice President, Senior Credit Officer. At BB&T, Conway managed a $200+ Million Commercial Real Estate Loan Portfolio and was responsible for business development, credit analysis, underwriting, loan structuring, and portfolio management. In 2021, they joined The Fidelity Bank as a Senior Vice President, Senior Credit Officer, where they focused on co-approving commercial loans and ensuring loan packages adhered to the bank's policies. In 2022, Conway transitioned to First Bank as a Senior Vice President, Regional Credit Officer.
