Alicia Daugherty has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Alicia began their career at Telhio Credit Union as a Member Service Representative, where they provided excellent customer service and promoted financial products. Alicia then joined Chase as a Risk Operations Specialist, ensuring regulatory compliance and problem-solving skills. Alicia later transitioned to a Senior Administrative Assistant role, where they managed business relations and generated reports for senior-level management.

Alicia then worked at Yadkin Bank as a Data Analytics and Reporting Analyst, utilizing SAS and SQL to prepare reports and create interactive dashboards. Alicia also served as an OREO and Recovery Officer, managing the bank's distressed properties and ensuring compliance with regulatory policies.

Alicia then moved on to Credit Suisse, where they worked as a CCAR - Scenario Reporting AVP, managing market risk scenarios reporting and providing analysis to relevant stakeholders.

Currently, Alicia holds the position of Vice President, Data Strategy & Insights at Local Government Federal Credit Union. Here, they are responsible for developing and implementing complex analytics to support member behavior understanding, financial management, and strategic direction. Alicia also develops and maintains the Data Governance program to enhance advanced analytic capabilities.

Alicia Daugherty completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree at Ohio University from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained their Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree from Columbus State Community College between 2007 and 2011. Alicia has also acquired additional certifications, including an Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership from MIT Sloan Executive Education and a Certified Enterprise Data Management Associate credential from CMMI in 2021.
