Karen Mantica

Karen Mantica has over 30 years of work experience in various roles within the marketing and strategy fields. Karen has been with the Local Government Federal Credit Union since 2008, starting as the Strategic Marketing Manager and later becoming the VP of Marketing Strategy. In 2021, they were promoted to the position of Senior Vice President of Strategy. Prior to their work at LGFCU, Karen also worked as a Marketing Strategist at Strategic Guru and held the position of Vice President at The Lukens Company. Karen began their career at Fannie Mae as a Senior Project Manager and also served as Vice President at Robertson Mailing List Company.

Karen Mantica has a BS in Commerce with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Virginia. Karen also has an MS in Management of Information Technology from the same university.
