Charlotte O'Connor

Charlotte O'Connor is a skilled professional in housing development and community planning, currently serving as a Program Officer in National Housing at the Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) since October 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Associate Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager at Meta Housing Corporation, as well as Development Project Associate at The Community Builders, Inc. Charlotte's earlier career involved neighborhood planning and program coordination at Albany County Land Bank Corporation and service as a LISC AmeriCorps Service Member. Additionally, Charlotte contributed to historic preservation efforts as a Preservation Associate and intern at Historic Charleston Foundation. Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Arts in Historic Preservation and Community Planning, with a minor in Urban Studies, from the College of Charleston, where graduation was achieved with cum laude honors in 2016.
