Elizabeth Wampler

Elizabeth Wampler has extensive experience in leadership and urban planning, currently serving as the Executive Director at the Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) since April 2021, with prior roles including Interim Executive Director, Deputy Director, and Housing Director. Before LISC, Elizabeth held significant positions at The San Francisco Foundation from January 2014 to March 2021, focusing on the Great Communities Collaborative as a Senior Initiative Officer and Director, as well as an Associate Initiative Officer. Earlier career experiences include project management and program associations at Reconnecting America and a fellowship at the Greater Southwest Development Corporation. Elizabeth earned a Master of City Planning (MCP) from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Arts in Law, Letters, and Society from the University of Chicago.
