Jim Horan

Jim Horan is an experienced executive with a strong background in leadership and public service. Currently serving as the Executive Director of the Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) since September 2018, Horan also holds the position of Executive Director at the Connecticut Association for Human Services since November 2001. Previously, Horan worked as the Chief Administrative Officer for the City of New Haven, where responsibilities included serving as Executive Assistant to Mayor John DeStefano and Legislative Liaison. Horan has also held the role of Deputy Director at the Connecticut Housing Coalition and worked as an Associate at Robinson & Cole LLP. Horan earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Georgetown University.
