Laura Jaramillo

Laura Jaramillo is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in community relations and leadership roles. Currently, Jaramillo serves as the Executive Director for both LISC Houston and the Local Initiatives Support Corporation, positions held since September 2021 and June 2022, respectively. Prior to these roles, Jaramillo was the Senior Vice President and Community Relations Manager at Wells Fargo from April 2003 to May 2021, where leadership of the Texas Community Development team was a key responsibility. Earlier experience includes serving as a Vice President at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from 1993 to 2003, focusing on credit-enhanced lending for minority and women-owned businesses. Jaramillo holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Sam Houston State University, earned between 1978 and 1982.
