Pres Adams

Pres Adams is an experienced professional in community investment and real estate, currently serving as the Senior Community Investment Officer at the Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) since June 2022. Previous roles include Director of Space Planning at Communitas America and various positions at Impact Hub Network, including Global Partnerships Lead. Pres co-founded Impact Hub Baltimore, overseeing operations and partnerships while also consulting for Cross Street Partners on innovation district development. Early experiences involved leasing and property management at Tower Hill Atlantic and valuation work at T.B. Harris Jr & Associates. Pres holds an MS in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor's in Economics with a minor in Spanish from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
