Rob Lockett

Rob Lockett, MBA, CSM, currently serves as the Executive Director at Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) since October 2024 and is also a Principal at Hillbrooke Partners, a firm providing strategic advisory and project management for real estate organizations in Michigan, Georgia, and Illinois. Previously, Rob held key leadership roles such as Team Leader for National Housing Stability at Rocket Community Fund, Venture Capital Scout at Hawke Ventures, and Director of Patient Outreach at Oak Street Health. With significant experience in revenue cycle management from roles at Planned Parenthood of Michigan and Bison PEO Services, Rob has developed expertise in business development, community outreach, and strategic growth across various sectors. Educationally, Rob holds an Executive MBA in Strategy & Management from Emory University, alongside a Bachelor's in Public Administration from Georgia State University and a Graduate Certificate in Asset Management from Cornell University.
