Sarah Lang

Sarah Lang has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Sarah is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Local Linx, a position they have held since January 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Local Linx from January 2020 to January 2021.

Before joining Local Linx, Sarah worked at Axia FibreNet as a Director from September 2015 to January 2020. Sarah also gained experience in the consulting industry, working at EY as a Manager in Advisory Services, specializing in Oil and Gas Strategy. Sarah held this role twice, from January 2014 to May 2015, and again from May 2015 to September 2015.

Sarah also worked at Monitor Deloitte as a Manager in Strategy and Operations, specifically in the Oil and Gas sector, from June 2013 to November 2013. Prior to that, they worked at Deloitte Consulting as a Senior Consultant in Strategy and Operations, focusing on Oil and Gas, from January 2011 to June 2013. Sarah also held the position of Consultant in Strategy and Operations, Oil and Gas, from December 2008 to January 2011.

During their career, Sarah had the opportunity to work in the media industry as a Live Event Announcer for Disney and ESPN Media Networks, VANOC, and ISU (International Skating Union) from January 2003 to April 2009. Sarah also served as a Reporter, Host, and Editor at Park City Television in 2002.

Outside of their professional career, Sarah contributed their skills and passion to various organizations. Sarah served as the Campaign Spokesperson for the Canadian Society of Intestinal Research and the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America and Canada from September 2006 to February 2008. Additionally, they were a Short Track National Team Member for US Speedskating from January 1995 to April 2007.

Sarah Lang obtained a Bachelor's degree with honors in Economics from the University of Calgary, where they studied from an unspecified start year until 2005. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Economics specifically focusing on Game Theory at the University of Calgary from 2005 to 2007.
