Zachery Oman

Zachery Oman has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Zachery started their career in 2015 as a Fellow and later became a Board Member at The Cansbridge Fellowship. In 2016, they worked as a Senior Innovation Analyst at Idea Couture Inc. before transitioning to the role of Innovation Strategist in 2017. Zachery also worked as a Writer for MISC Magazine from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, they joined Connected as a Product Strategist until 2020.

In 2020, Zachery took on multiple roles in different companies. Zachery worked as a Lead Strategist at ADG from April 2020 to June 2022, and as a Product Management Mentor at Code for Canada from July 2020 to December 2021. During the same year, they also joined TWG as a Product Manager and later became a Senior Product Manager until September 2021.

Zachery then joined Mosaic in 2021 as a VP, Product & Research, and continued in the role until September 2022 when they transitioned to the role of VP, Product & Engineering. In 2023, they joined Local Logic as a Senior Design Researcher.

Zachery Oman has a B.Eng in Materials Engineering, with a focus on Co-op, from McGill University. Zachery also participated in a Study Abroad program at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, where they studied Mechanical Engineering (Honours). Prior to their university studies, they attended Marc Garneau Collegiate Institute, where they were involved in a program called Talented Offerings for Programs in the Sciences. In addition to their formal education, Zachery has obtained several certifications, including Systems Thinking – Mastering Complexity for Service Designers from Franklin University Switzerland, and Partner Certification, Analytics Expert, and Implementation Expert from Mixpanel and Segment, respectively.
