Rani Sur

Rani Sur has over 37 years of work experience, beginning in 1983 as a Client Services Manager at CoCam. Rani then moved to SBJ Benefit Consultants Ltd in 1999 as a Projects Director. In 2008, Rani was appointed Head of IT at Bluefin Corporate Consulting Ltd, where they project managed the support of 1200 users and day to day IT management of sites spread across 8 satellite offices in the UK. In 2010, Rani joined ITM Ltd as Head of eProducts. Rani then joined ipSCAPE in 2017 as Product Owner and Release Manager and Implementation Manager, where they were responsible for the Product Backlog of their Cloud Based Call Centre solution and managed the delivery of a BI solution utilising Yellowfin as the data visualisation tool. In 2020, Rani joined CloudWave as Head of Delivery, managing the delivery of call centre solutions using Amazon Connect and Twilio Flex. Currently, Rani serves as Head of Implementations (Global) and Implementation Manager at Local Measure.

Rani Sur attended Thames Valley University from 2000 to 2003, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. Rani also holds a Certificate in Management from Thames Valley University, a Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance, and a Prince2 Practioner from Project Management Institute.
