Prior roles include Production Director at Local Media of America, and Director of Broadcast Operations at Finest City Broadcasting. Joe also held significant positions at Clear Channel Broadcasting San Diego as Coordinator of Commercial Production and Production Director for KIOZ Rock 105.3 and 101.5 KGB, along with serving as Production Director at Bi-National Broadcasting for 92.5 XHRM between 1995 and 1998.
