Cathy Arnold

Cathy Arnold serves as the Head of Data Services at the University of Leeds since June 2021, previously holding significant roles including Vice President and President of the Committee of Experts on Buildings at the Council of Europe, providing expertise on estate matters and the Capital Master Plan. With extensive experience in project management, Cathy has been an Accredited High Risk Review Team Leader for the Cabinet Office and has led Gateway Reviews for the Infrastructure & Projects Authority. Previous positions include Deputy Director at the Office for National Statistics, Director of Estates & Operations at the National Portrait Gallery, and Head of Programme Delivery at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. Cathy Arnold's educational background includes advanced degrees in architecture, construction law, and project management from esteemed institutions such as the University of Oxford and King's College London.
