Rachel Marie Ortiz is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various roles within the food service industry. Currently serving as Purchasing Manager at LOCAL Public Eatery since January 2022, Rachel previously held the position of Swing Sous Chef at Earls Kitchen + Bar from August 2019 to January 2022.
