Justin Harris has over 9 years of work experience. Justin started their career in 2013 at adlava, LLC, where they held various roles including Asset Manager & Graphic Designer, Brand Strategist, Marketing Director, and Senior Account Executive. In 2023, they joined LSM as the Vice President of Business Development.

From 2008 to 2013, Justin Harris attended Minnesota State University Moorhead, where they pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Graphic Design.
