Rachel Rowney

Rachel Rowney has held various positions in different organizations, focusing on community development and neighborhood management. Currently, Rachel serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Local Trust, where Rachel oversees project delivery, program design, finance, and resources management. With a background in Sociology and Social Policy, Rachel brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their role. Prior to this, Rachel worked as a Programme Manager at Shared Intelligence and the National Association for Neighbourhood Management.
