Auxandre Stephan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Auxandre started their career as a Copywriter intern at ici Barbès, where they were responsible for creating slogans and concepts for various media platforms. Auxandre then interned as a Digital Consultant at Vanksen, managing tenders and conducting strategic analysis.
In 2015, Auxandre had an internship as a Digital Communications Manager at Unique Agency, where they handled BtoB relations, market research, and social media management for a photo studio launch. Auxandre also wrote website content and assisted in production.
From 2015 to 2016, Auxandre pursued personal projects in Australia before transitioning to a Key Account Manager role at Locala in 2017. Auxandre managed a significant portion of the client portfolio and launched campaigns with post-ad store visit measurement and optimization.
Auxandre then took on the position of Key Account Manager - Team Leader, leading a team of account managers and closing over €2.5M in revenue. Auxandre further advanced their career by becoming a Customer Success Lead in France, managing go-to-market efforts, reducing report production time by 75%, and enhancing analytics.
In 2022, Auxandre became the Insights Manager for Europe at Locala, where they created drive-to-store advertising insights and analytics, positioning the company as an industry leader. Currently, they hold the role of Insights & Analytics Lead, contributing to Locala's success with a focus on reporting, insights suites, and market management in various European countries.
