Oshada D Perera

Oshada D Perera has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Localcom since December 2015, where responsibilities include productizing a white label platform as a SaaS offering and developing the Support Partner Network sales channel. Prior roles at Localcom included Product Manager and Senior Telecommunications Engineer, where Oshada successfully managed ISP projects and developed multi-tenant platforms. Earlier experience includes positions at Exetel as a Network Engineer and L2 Support Engineer, focusing on corporate data and telephony solutions, as well as a Trainee Telecommunications Engineer at Sri Lanka Telecom. Oshada holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronic and Telecommunication from the University of Moratuwa and a Master's in Project Management from Asia e University.
