Laurie McMurray

Laurie McMurray began their work experience in 2012 as a Retail Coordinator at Hyatts Graphic Supply Co Inc, where they worked until 2017. Laurie then worked as a Banquet Server at The Mansion on Delaware Avenue from 2017 to 2020. During this time, they also served as the President of The Visual Arts Board from 2019 to 2021 and as a Campus Ambassador at Buffalo State College from 2020 to 2021. In 2015, Laurie worked as a Corporate Accounts & Special Events Manager at Designated Drivers of Buffalo for a year. Laurie then became a Freelance Graphic Designer in 2017 and an Advertising Creative Designer at LocalEdge in 2021. Laurie also held roles as a Graphic Design Intern at The Copy Store from February to May 2021 and as a Student Liaison at the American Advertising Federation from July 2020 to January 2023. Currently, they are working as an Adjunct Instructor at Buffalo State University starting in 2023.
