Tammy Lamont has over 17 years of experience in human resources and compensation management. Currently serving as the Compensation and Benefits Manager at LocalEdge since May 2006, Tammy previously held the role of Human Resources & Compensation Analyst within the same company. Prior to this, Tammy worked as the Lead Cashier at Niagara County Produce, Inc. from February 1999 to May 2006. Tammy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Daemen University, achieved between 2002 and 2006.
