Julia Hawkins

Julia Hawkins is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in venture capital and digital strategy. As a General Partner at LocalGlobe and Latitude since 2018, Julia has leveraged expertise in the investment landscape. Previously, Julia served as Head of Strategy and Investments at Universal Music Group, where Julia was a founding member of the global VC team and the UK VC lead, also advising Abbey Road RED. Julia's career includes roles at BBC Studios as Digital Strategy Manager, overseeing strategic projects across various digital businesses, and at Last.fm as Business Operations Manager. Earlier experience includes working as an Associate at Goldman Sachs in Strategy and Credit Research. Julia holds a 1st Hons degree in Social Policy and Administration from The London School of Economics and completed the Kauffman Fellows Program, becoming a Fellow in Class 18.
