Luciano Magnelli

Luciano Magnelli has extensive experience in the car rental and digital business sectors. Since May 2001, Luciano has served as Co-Director Franquiciado at Localiza Rent a Car in Bahía Blanca. In June 2019, Luciano founded AumovA Carpooling. Educational qualifications include a Master of Digital Business from Universidad de 'San Andrés' (2024-2025), a postgraduate degree in Digital Business from Universidad del CEMA (2021-present), and a Scrum Master - Product Owner certification from Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires (2022).
