Juan Daniel Cardona Córdoba has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Juan Daniel started their career as an Administrative Assistant at Universidad de Antioquia in 2013, where they worked until 2014. In 2016, they worked as a Bilingual Agent at OneLink, providing customer email service and support to English-speaking Fitbit clients. During this time, they also worked as an In-house Translator at Success Communication Service until 2018.

In 2018, Juan joined ACSI Translations as a Project Manager, where they managed translation requests from government agencies in Washington, DC. Juan Daniel was responsible for managing CAT tools, terminology, vendors, and client relationships. Juan Daniel also implemented new technologies and documented processes and workflows. Juan Daniel worked at ACSI Translations until February 2022.

Currently, Juan is working at LocalizeDirect - Game Localization & LQA as a Localization Project Manager. Juan Daniel manages localization projects from initial contact/request through to delivery, ensuring that projects meet quality, time, and budget expectations. Juan Daniel'sresponsibilities include managing client relationships, estimating and planning projects, and providing timely responses to customer and colleague requests.

Juan Daniel Cardona Córdoba has a diverse education background. Juan Daniel obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Administrative Engineering from Escuela de Ingeniería de Antioquia, where they studied from 2008 to 2011.

Later, they pursued their passion for languages and translation by enrolling in Universidad de Antioquia. From 2012 to 2016, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in English-French-Spanish Translation, specializing in Translation.

Continuing their education in translation, they recently attended ISTRAD - Instituto Superior de Estudios Lingüísticos y Traducción from 2020 to 2021. Here, they completed an Expert program in Videogame Translation and Localization, focusing on the field of Localization.

Additionally, Juan Daniel Cardona Córdoba has obtained several certifications related to project management. In 2022, they completed the "Foundations of Project Management" course through Coursera.
