Lisa Dahlke

Lisa Dahlke has extensive work experience in various roles within the HR field. Lisa began their career in 2013 as an Intern in HR Recruiting at Goodgame Studios, where they contributed to the company's talent acquisition efforts. Lisa then progressed to the role of HR Manager - Onboarding, facilitating the smooth integration of new employees into the organization.

Following their time at Goodgame Studios, Lisa joined web care LBJ GmbH in 2016 as an HR Manager. In this position, they played a crucial role in supporting individuals in need of assistance and care, helping them maintain independence and find suitable living arrangements.

In 2018, Lisa co-founded Localyze, an all-in-one software solution for international mobility. As a Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer, they have been instrumental in developing and growing the platform, which assists companies and international employees with the relocation process, from visa arrangements to social integration.

Through their roles at Goodgame Studios, web care LBJ GmbH, and Localyze, Lisa has consistently demonstrated their expertise in HR management and their commitment to fostering positive employee experiences.

Lisa Dahlke completed their Master's degree in Human Resource Management/Personalpolitik at the University of Hamburg from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in International Management from Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark, where they attended from 2010 to 2014.
